The buyer. When a deal closes, the buyer pays us a referral fee. It never comes out of your payment.
Who you sign with
You sign a data license directly with the buyer. You agree on what data is included and how it can be used.
What stays out
We do not take customer personal data, payment data, patient records, privileged legal files or call recordings to buyers.
What does DataIntro do?

DataIntro is a seller-side broker for company data. We figure out what your records are worth, take them to the buyers that fit and help you choose between offers. Nothing moves without your yes.

What about private or customer data?

You decide what stays out. The buyer removes or masks personal and sensitive details under rules you agree to before anything leaves your hands. Check each buyer's process in writing before signing.

What is our data worth?

Buyers price on three things: what the data shows, how many years it covers and what they need this month. Public offers in this market sit between roughly $100K and $2M+ per company. We give you an estimate, never a promise.

Do buyers need access to our systems?

No. You choose which files or systems to include. Buyers usually ask for exports or limited read-only access. You don't need to connect anything to talk to us.

Who qualifies?

Most buyers look for 20+ employees, 3+ years in business and day-to-day work that runs through software. Use the estimate above or book a call and we'll tell you.

Do we lose our data?

No, you keep it. A license lets the buyer use an agreed copy of the data while you keep ownership. The contract spells out the rights and limits.

We shut down. Does that matter?

In many cases. Some buyers take records from closed or winding-down companies, as long as the files still exist and someone has the authority to sign.

When would we get paid?

Each buyer sets its own timing. The buyer confirms it in writing before you sign.
