Privacy policy

This policy explains what DataIntro collects when you visit this site or talk to us.
What we collect
The details you give us in the estimate form or by email: your name, work email, company website, role and what you tell us about your company. When you visit, our server logs basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and approximate location derived from the IP address.
How we use it
To reply to you, to assess which buyers may fit your company and, only with your permission, to introduce your company to those buyers. We may use the IP address of a visit to identify the company network it came from, so we can understand which businesses are interested.
Who we share it with
We share your company details with a buyer only after you agree to that introduction. We use service providers for hosting, email and scheduling. We do not sell your personal information.
Your company's records
We do not ask for, receive or store your company's records. Any transfer happens directly between you and the buyer under the license you sign with them.
Your choices
Reply to any email from us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.
Retention
We keep contact details while we are talking with you and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit logs are kept for up to 12 months.
